With a Home Wallet, you save monthly and unlock priority handyman appointments, faster booking times and added benefits such as home assessments and free call-outs, depending on your plan. Your funds are always yours, held securely in a dedicated client bank account until you choose to use them. Pay As You Go is ideal if you just need occasional help, with the freedom to top up your wallet as and when required.
Home Wallet members can arrange a Home Assessment as part of their plan. This allows us to build a profile of your home, helping us provide more accurate quotes and arrange future bookings faster. Pay As You Go members can choose to book an assessment separately for an extra charge.
When something needs fixing, booking a handyman is simple through your customer portal. Let us know the job, approve the quote, and we’ll arrange a visit. If you save monthly with a Home Wallet, the cost can be taken directly from the savings you’ve already built up. Pay As You Go members can book as and when required by topping up their savings through the customer portal.
